Females of Awaji-shima Island ( Figs 1, 2 View FIGURES 1–4 ) were found along roots of a tree inside of a slope about 10 cm deep ( Fig. 3 View FIGURES 1–4 ) together with nymphs of unidentified Cixiidae ( Fig. 1 View FIGURES 1–4 ). The female collected in Chiba was found in the topsoil about 5 cm deep of a slope around fallow fields at valley bottom ( Fig. 4 View FIGURES 1–4 ).

Distribution. China (Zhejiang), South Korea, and Japan ( Kim & Lee 2016).
