Distribution and remarks: found in rivers in vicinity of Limbe, Cameroon, and from the islands of São Tome, Príncipe and Pagalu ( Annobón) in most drainage basins along the Gulf of Guinea. Record for Gabon: MRAC P-94086.0038 “Anabon (= Annobon)” collecteur: Lévy, MRAC P-A0048.1469A0048.1471 “Lac Onangué, bassin Ogooué”.
