Note:— The specific epithet “ aphyllus View in CoL ” is precluded in Cyclopogon View in CoL by the early homonym Cyclopogon aphyllus Schlechter (1920b: 321) View in CoL , consequently when Pelexia aphylla View in CoL is transferred to Cyclopogon View in CoL a substitute name ( Turland et al. 2025: Art. 6.11), on which its specific epithet derived from the locality of the type specimen.
