Original description. Nicholls 2006, P. 296, Figs 1 , 2 .

Description. Shell oval elliptical, circular in transverse section, with smooth surface and very small aperture. Measurements. Shell length 10–16 µm, shell width 8–12 µm, aperture diameter 1.5–2.5 µm. Habitat. Aquatic species living in bottom sediments.

Geographical distribution. Canada.
