Material examined. HMIM: Iran, Golestân Prov.: 1 Ô, Gorgân, Shâhkuh-e Bâlâ , 2100 m, 19.vii.2003, Âlipanâh, Ebrâhimi leg. (gen. prep. HA-2716, HMIM) .

NHMW: Iran, Golestân Prov.: 2 ÔÔ 1 ♀, Shâhkuh-e Pâeen ,?. vii.1898, Funke leg. (gen. prep. Ô MV 18588 Slamka, 2012; ♀ MV 18591 Slamka, 2012) ; Mâzandarân Prov.: 1 ♀, Elburz Mt., Polur , 2000 m, 27, 28.vii.1936, Schwingenschuss leg. (gen. prep. MV 18590 Slamka, 2012) .

Distribution. Turkey, Armenia, Azerbaijan, N Iran, Iraq,? Turkmenistan ( Slamka 2013). In Iran it has been reported from Alborz (Kandovan), Golestan (Gorgan, Hajiabad vill., Shahkuh), Hamedan (Alvand Mt.), and Mazandaran (Polur, Tarsi Kola) Provinces ( Lederer 1869, 1971; Zerny 1939; Amsel 1949).

Unplaced species in the genus
