DISTRIBUTION.Eastern half of European Russia, Southern Siberia eastwards as far as the Baikal Lake; North-western Mongolia ( Fig. 1 ).

HOST. Willows from the section Viminella : S. viminalis L., S. gmelinii Pallas.
