Common name: Indochinese Thick-thumbed Bat Myanmar name:

Distribution: Cambodia, Laos, Thailand, Vietnam and Myanmar (recorded in Karen Hills and possibly distributed in the Southeastern area).

Remarks: All specimens from Myanmar were of G. tylopus ( Bates et al. 2005; Tun Yin 1993). However, Csorba (2011) recognized that all specimens collected in the Indochinese zoogeographic subregion are in fact representatives of new species G. bucephalus .
