Artbeschreibung: 30-60 cm hoch. Stängel rau. Blätter 5-9 mm breit, fast so lang wie der Stängel. Blütenstand nickend. Ähren 1,5-3 cm lang und bis 3 cm lang gestielt. Fruchtschläuche meist schwarz, 4-5 mm lang.
