Type material. Holotype. [ KOREA] m#, DJ, Jeonmin-dong , 5 vi 2015, leg. B.K. Byun, genitalia slide no. HNUSEL-6756 ( HNUSEL) . Paratype. [ KOREA] m#, DJ, Jeonmin-dong , 3 vi 2013, leg. B.K. Byun, genitalia slide no. HNUSEL-1857 ( HNUSEL) .

Description. ( Fig. 1 View FIGURES1–3 ). Male. Wingspan 9.5 mm. Head smoothly covered with shiny pale yellow scales. Antenna light ochreous; scape with distal end yellowish brown; flagellum with dark ochreous rings. Labial palpus whitish ochreous; apical segment with light reddish brown scales. Thorax shiny pale beige. Forewing shiny yellowish white with blackish brown pattern: indistinct incomplete oblique fascia at 1/3 of the length, distinct complete diagonal fascia at the middle, longitudinal apical streak and darkening of the costal margin in the basal third and before the apex Hindwing light ochreous, somewhat darkened apically; cilia light yellowish. Legs whitish-yellow with dark brown rings. Abdomen shining light fuscous.

Female. Unknown.

Male genitalia ( Fig. 4 View FIGURES 4–7 ). Brachia slightly sclerotized; left brachium 3 times shorter of right one; right brachium pointed, well-sclerotized. Anellus lobe slightly longer than aedeagus and rather wide, rounded. Valva distinctly curved, with narrow basal third and wide rounded apical part. Aedeagus rather short and narrow, cylindrical. Pleural lobes rounded.

Female genitalia. Unknown.

Diagnosis. This species can be easily distinguished from its congeners by the whitish ground colour of the forewings.

Etymology. The species name is derived from ‘Korea’, the name of the country.

Distribution. Korea (endemic).
