Balearic Islands (western Mediterranean Sea).

Distribution.

Mediterranean Sea: WB, CB, AS, Sea of Marmara ( Karhan et al. 2008). New record for the Aegean Sea.

Habitat.

Until 20 m depth, among algae with much sediment, among Posidonia oceanica rhizomes, in sediments with much organic material.
