TYPE LOCALITY: Australia, New South Wales, probably interior (Namoi Hills), according to Iredale and Troughton (1934) .

DISTRIBUTION: Australia: E Queensland, E New South Wales.

STATUS: Common.

COMMENTS: Subgenus Notamacropus .
