Distribution. Indian records: Sikkim, Himachal Pradesh (Dharmshala, Kullu, Shimla). Global records: Japan, China, Sri Lanka, Africa ( Hampson 1912, Yoshimoto 1994).
Remark. E. blandiatrix is an Oriental species and records of this species from Africa are most likely to be of Eutelia gaedei Hacker & Kobes, 2006 .
