Remarks. Hygrogeus ledouxi based on the single holotype was originally described from “Cachemire, Pahalgam, Sheshnag…”. Based on the original description and the shape of the aedeagus ( Figs 2I and 2J View FIGURES 1–2 in Coiffait 1983), H. ledouxi is conspecific with the Himalayan H. coriaceus , also known from Kashmir ( Shavrin 2021, 2024). Thus, H. ledouxi is synonymized with the latter species.
