Discussion: Does not include Dorcopsulus (see Flannery, 1990:89-92). The name Conoyces Lesson, 1842 was used for this genus by Troughton (1937), but Tate (1948 a) showed that the type species of Conoyces is Didelphis brunii Gmelin, 1788 [= Thylogale brunii (Schreber, 1778) ]; see under Thylogale .
