(poa nemoral, poa de bosc). Estesa per una gran part d’Euràsia i algunes muntanyes magrebines. Viu en boscos, raconades humides, fons de vall i talussos ombrívols, en tot tipus de terreny. És força freqüent en ambients nemorals, principalment a altituds mitjanes.
