Diagnosis. Adult ( Fig. 3 View FIGURES 1 – 7 ) wingspan 10.0–12.0 mm. This species is similar to D. mitteri Park, 1994 superficially. It can be distinguished from D. mitteri in the male genitalia by having sicae with the left lobe longer than the right lobe and only the left lobe having ventral carinae, the aedeagus with a strong cornutus ( Fig. 16 View FIGURES 14 – 19 ), and in the female genitalia by the corpus bursae with a sclerotized helical lobe ( Fig. 27 View FIGURES 26 – 30 ). In D. mitteri , both lobes of the sicae are equal in length and have ventral carinae, the cornutus is absent in the aedeagus, and the corpus bursae has no sclerotized helical lobe ( Park, 1994: 17, Fig. 8 View FIGURES 8 – 13 : a, b, c, Pl. II-11).
Distribution. Cambodia (Mondul Kili), China (Guangdong, Hainan, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Yunnan).
