Basionym.

Angraecum doratophyllum Summerhayes (1937: 465). Type: São Tomé and Príncipe ( São Tomé Island) Vanhulst ( Macambrará): virgin forest, 1,050-1,200 m alt., 5 November 1932, Exell 254 (holotype: BM [BM000539167]! isotype: K [K000306497]!).
