Riseveinus Li, in Li & Wang, 1995: 189 View in CoL ; Zhang, Zhang & Wei, 2010: 61. Type species: Dussana sinensis Jacobi, 1944 View in CoL
Diagnosis. Species of Riseveinus differ from other Evacanthini in having the forewing veins distinctly elevated, the claval veins fused medially for a short distance then separated, the acute head about 2–3 times as long as the dorsal distance between the eyes, and the male pygofer without a ventral process.
Remarks. Six species were previously included in Riseveinus , and four new species are reported here. All of them are highly similar in external morphology, and the main differences among species are in the shape and structure of the aedeagus. The genus was reviewed by Zhang et al. (2010). For a detailed generic description see Zhang et al. (2010).
Distribution. China, Thailand.
