Short redescription. Body black, length of body of ♀ 3.6 mm, of fore wing 4.75 mm; antenna brown, antennal of ♀ 52; second flagellomere of antenna 1.1 × longer than first flagellomere ( Figs 27A, 28F); vertex smooth, with medial groove ( Fig. 28H); anterior tentorial pits medium-sized; mandible reddish brown, first tooth large, lobe-shaped ( Fig. 28I); pronope absent, side of pronotum rugose ventrally, remainder smooth; epicnemial area rugose; precoxal sulcus crenulate-rugose medially, remainder smooth; episternal scrobe deep, elliptical; metapleuron largely coarsely reticulate-rugose; notauli present anteriorly, micro-sculptured, absent posteriorly; medial groove of mesoscutum rather long; scutellum sulcus deep, with one longitudinal carina; surface of propodeum coarsely reticulate-rugose ( Figs 28C–D); pterostigma brown, vein r: 3-SR: SR1 = 1: 5: 11; vein 1-SR+M of fore wing slightly curved; vein m-cu of fore wing postfurcal; legs yellowish, hind coxa smooth; hind tibia and tarsus blackish; first tergite of metasoma 1.5 × its apical width ( Figs 28A–B); dorsal carinae of first tergite united posteriorly; dorsope deep and medium-sized ( Fig. 28E); ovipositor straight; length of setose part of ovipositor sheath 0.05 × as long as fore wing; hypopygium large ( Figs 27A, 28G).
Male. Similar to female, except for number of antennomeres 47(1) and sexual characters. Distribution. Austria, former Czechoslovakia, Finland, Georgia, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Japan,
