Type locality: Darjiling [Darjeeling, India]
= Macalla formisibia Strand, 1919 ; Type locality: Taiwan
Diagnosis: Male as discussed under T. erythrina Li in Liu, Wang & Li, 2016. Female genitalia ( Fig. 11 View FIGURES 11–13 ) with anterior and posterior apophyses of equal length; ductus bursae elongate, membranous; corpus bursae with a pair of signa, a large distal sclerotised process present.
Material examined. India, Meghalaya, Umtasor , 2 ♂, 15.ix.2014, 1 ♂, 8 ♀, 16.ix.2014 ( R. Ranjan leg.) (NZC- ZSI) .
Distribution: Indian records: Darjiling [Darjeeling] ( Moore 1888), India ( Liu et al. 2016); Meghalaya (present study). Global records: China ( Liu et al. 2016).
