Additional material. 10 females ( UMMZ BMOC 81-0609-001) from Cyanocitta cristata (Linnaeus) (uncatalogued) ( Passeriformes : Corvidae ) [cyst on skin], USA: Michigan, Washtenaw Co., Ann Arbor, 42.278403°N 83.735119°W, 9 June 1981, coll. B.M. OConnor.

Hosts and distribution. Cyanocitta cristata [ type host] and Cyanocitta stelleri (Gmelin) ( Passeriformes : Corvidae ) from USA (various localities), and Colaptes auratus (Linnaeus) ( Piciformes : Picidae ) from USA (California) ( Moss 1979; Bochkov & Klompen 2014a; present paper).
