Stem-wings up to 10 mm wide. Leaflobes lanceolate-oblong, entire or rarely with 1 -2 pairs of basal teeth. Capitula ovoid-globose; involucral bracts gradually narrowing to a spiny process 25-35 mm, the lower bracts arachnoid-hairy. • Kikladhes.
