Succulent dioecious herb. Leaf blades minute. Flowers solitary in the axil of the stem leaves; perianth 3-lobed; staminate flowers with 1 abaxial stamen and vestigial ovary; pistillate flower without staminode. Seed coat crustaceous; embryo curved; perisperm present, lateral. One sp., T. uniflora RG.Wilson , W Australia. Very similar to Halosarciu; generic rank questionable.
