Description of Female. Fully winged; length 4.5 mm. Head black, except part of mandible testaceous and lateral regions of clypeus whitish; antenna black, except ventral side of segment 1 whitish and segments 6–10 brown; mesosoma black; metasoma and legs brown. Antenna clavate; antennal segments in following proportions: 14:6:32:20:18:13:9:8:7:9; antennal rhinaria present on segments 6–10. Head dull, weakly excavated, granulated and irregularly rugose; frontal line complete; occipital carina incomplete, only present behind and on sides of posterior ocelli, laterally not reaching 0.5 length of OOL; POL = 2; OL = 2; OOL = 13; greatest breadth of posterior ocelli longer than OL (3:2); posterior ocelli touching occipital carina. Palpal formula 6/3. Pronotum dull, hairy, granulated, crossed by strong transverse impression; posterior edges of pronotum rounded, not produced into lobes. Scutum dull, granulated and irregularly rugose. Notauli complete, posteriorly separated; minimum distance between notauli longer than greatest breadth of posterior ocelli (5:3). Scutellum dull, hairy, rugose. Metanotum dull, short, transverse, rugose. Propodeum dull, with strong transverse keel between dorsal and posterior surface; dorsal surface sculptured by numerous parallel and longitudinal keels, with numerous transverse keels between among keels; posterior surface with two complete longitudinal keels, median area dull, weakly rugose and laterally strongly rugose. Fore wing with two dark transverse bands; distal part of stigmal vein much longer than proximal part (21:9). Hindwing hyaline. Fore tarsal segments in following proportions: 25:3.5:8:16:29. Enlarged claw ( Plate 92A View PLATE 92 ) with one subapical tooth and one row of ten peg-like hairs. Segment 5 of protarsus ( Plate 92A View PLATE 92 ) with two rows of 12 + 15 lamellae; distal apex with about 27 lamellae. Tibial spurs 1/0/2.
