Description of Female. Fully winged; length 4.7 mm. Head black, except mandible testaceous; antenna brown; mesosoma black; metasoma brown; legs reddish, except tibiae, stalks of femora, stalk of protrochanter and part of mesocoxa brown. Antenna clavate; antennal segments in following proportions: 14:5:37:21:19:12:9:7:6:8.5; antennal rhinaria present on segments 6–10. Head dull, excavated; face granulated, rugose and with numerous longitudinal and parallel keels; temple and occiput granulated; occiput sculptured by many longitudinal striae; frontal line complete; occipital carina incomplete, only present behind ocellar triangle; on sides of posterior ocelli, occipital carina extending beyond 0.5 length of OOL; POL = 2; OL = 3; OOL = 13; posterior ocelli touching occipital carina; temple distinct; greatest breadth of posterior ocelli as long as OL. Palpal formula 6/3. Pronotum crossed by strong transverse impression, dull, hairy, granulated and sculptured by numerous longitudinal and parallel keels on anterior collar, lateral regions and disc; posterior edges of pronotum rounded, not produced into lobes. Scutum dull, granulated, hairy and irregularly rugose. Notauli absent. Scutellum dull, granulated, reticulate rugose. Metanotum dull, short, transverse, rugose. Propodeum dull, with strong transverse keel between dorsal and posterior surface; dorsal surface sculptured by numerous parallel and longitudinal keels, with numerous transverse keels among above keels; posterior surface with two complete longitudinal keels and median and lateral areas rugose. Mesopleuron and metapleuron dull and rugose. Fore wing with two dark transverse bands; distal part of stigmal vein much longer than proximal part (22:9); hindwing hyaline. Fore tarsal segments in following proportions: 28:3:8:18:32. Enlarged claw ( Plate 93B View PLATE 93 ) with one large subapical tooth and one row of nine peg-like hairs. Segment 5 of protarsus ( Plate 93B View PLATE 93 ) with two rows of about 26 lamellae; distal apex with at least 20 lamellae. Tibial spurs 1/0/2.

Material examined. Type: holotype ♀: CHINA: Guangdong, Nanling National Nature Reserve , 16.X.2007, Zaifu Xu leg. ( SCAU) .
