Description of Female. Fully winged; length 2.2–2.4 mm. Head black, except mandible, clypeus, gena and anterior region of face between toruli yellow-whitish; antenna testaceous, except segments 1–2 yellow; mesosoma black, except pronotal tubercle yellow-whitish; metasoma black-brown; legs yellow. Antenna clavate; antennal segments in following proportions: 3.0:2.0:4.0:4.0:4.0:3.5:3.2:3.0:3.0:4.0; length/breadth ratio of antennal segments 8 and 9: 3:1.33. Head dull, granulated; frontal line complete; POL = 3.7; OL = 2.2; OOL = 2.2; OPL = 2.2; TL = 2.0; greatest breadth of posterior ocelli shorter than OPL (1.0:2.2); occipital carina complete. Scutum dull, granulated; notauli incomplete, reaching approximately 0.7–0.8 length of scutum. Scutellum shiny, slightly granulated. Mesopleuron partly smooth and partly granulated. Metanotum shiny, slightly granulated. Propodeum without transverse keel between dorsal and posterior surface; dorsal surface reticulate rugose; posterior surface with two longitudinal keels, median area smooth and lateral areas reticulate rugose. Fore wing hyaline, without dark transverse bands (in specimen from China, Jietou, fore wing with one brown spot beneath pterostigma). Tibial spurs 1/1/2.

Antenna filiform; antennal segments in following proportions: 4:4:5:6:7:7.5:7:7:6.5:9. Head dull, granulated; frontal line complete; POL = 5; OL = 3; OOL = 4; OPL = 3; TL = 2.5; greatest breadth of posterior ocelli shorter than OPL (2:3); occipital carina complete. Scutum dull, granulated. Notauli incomplete, reaching approximately 0.7–0.75 length of scutum. Scutellum and metanotum shiny, smooth, unsculptured. Mesopleuron partly smooth and partly granulated. Propodeum with transverse keel between dorsal and posterior surface; dorsal surface reticulate rugose; posterior surface with two longitudinal keels, median area mostly smooth and lateral areas reticulate rugose. Fore wing with one brown spot beneath pterostigma. Basivolsella ( Plate 9F View PLATE 9 ) with two subdistal bristles, without outer process. Tibial spurs 1/1/2.
