Anteon chonganense Xu, He & Olmi in He & Xu 2002: 179.

Description of Female. Fully winged; length 3.2 mm. Head black, except mandible testaceous; antenna brown, except segments 1–2 and 10 testaceous; prothorax testaceous; mesothorax, metathorax and propodeum black; metasoma testaceous-darkened; legs testaceous. Antenna clavate; antennal segments in following proportions: 12:5.5:7:6:6:6:6:6:6:9.5. Head shiny, smooth, punctate, unsculptured among punctures; frontal line very short, only visible in front of anterior ocellus; POL = 4.5; OL = 4; OOL = 6.5; OPL = 5.5; TL = 6; greatest breadth of posterior ocelli shorter than OPL (2.5:5.5); occipital carina complete. Pronotum shiny, smooth, hairy, punctate, unsculptured among punctures, with posterior surface very long, approximately as long as scutum (11.5:12), slightly broader than long (12.5:11.5); pronotal tubercle reaching tegula. Scutum, scutellum and metanotum shiny, smooth, punctate, unsculptured among punctures. Notauli incomplete, reaching approximately 0.4 length of scutum. Propodeum reticulate rugose, with strong transverse keel between dorsal and posterior surface; posterior surface with two complete longitudinal keels and median area as rugose as lateral areas. Fore wing hyaline, completely and slightly yellowish; distal part of stigmal vein much shorter than proximal part (3:9). Protarsal segments in following proportions: 23:8:10.5:19:54. Enlarged claw (Plate 23A) with proximal prominence bearing one long bristle. Segment 5 of protarsus (Plate 23A) with basal part shorter than distal part (20:34), with two rows of 32 (16 + 16) lamellae, and with two rows of 20 (9 + 11) bristles; distal apex with ten lamellae. Tibial spurs 1/1/2.

Male. Unknown.

Material examined. Type: holotype ♀: CHINA: Fujian, Chong'an, Mt. Huanggangshan , 6.VII.1985, Xinjin Chen leg. ( ZJUC) .

Hosts. Unknown.

Distribution. China (Fujian) Remarks. This species is very similar to A. gaullei Kieffer (from Palaearctic); however, in A. chonganense the antennal segment 10 is testaceous, whereas in A. gaullei it is brown.
