Distribution in Russia. Buryatia Republic ( Noskiewicz 1936).
General distribution. Russia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Mongolia, China (Xinjiang, Gansu, Inner Mongolia).
Remarks. Colletes kozlowi and C. roborowskyi were described by Friese (1913) from " Mongolia " based on specimens collected by V.I. Roborowski and P.K. Kozlov, but in fact these specimens were collected in the vicinities of Khami, Gashun Gobi desert, North-East Kashgaria ( China: Xinjiang) ( Pesenko 1984).
