Tribe diagnosis
Thoracopod 8 male of `Iberobathynella ’ type; antenna small and three-segmented with four setae on the end segment; antennule with seven segments; labrum with eight main teeth; coxa of thoracopods 1±7 (6) with distinct conical projection at inner distal border; thoracopod 1 without epipodite; and the connecting plane between the mandibles and the cephalon very inclined.
