Type:— USNM P 39250 (National Museum of Natural History, Smithsonian Institution, Washington, D. C., USA) – figured by Brown (1935: pl. 69, fig. 13).
Geography:—Left bank of Salmon River, Salmon, Idaho, USA.
Stratigraphy:—Miocene.
Status:—Leaves.
