Diagnosis. Coloration dark green. Mesosoma reticulate but clypeus smooth. Petiole areolate-reticulate. Hind femur with dark brown area.

This species differs from other reticulate species in its dark green coloration ( Fig. 235 View FIGURES 235–240 ), but also in having a smooth clypeus ( Fig. 236 View FIGURES 235–240 ).

Description. Female. Length 3.6–3.7 mm.

Color: Head and mesosoma dark green. Scape yellow; pedicel brown; anellus yellowish brown; flagellum brown. Coxae dark green; fore femur mostly brown laterally, yellow medially and apically; fore tibia yellow; mid femur brown basally, yellow apically; mid tibia yellow; hind femur mostly brown, yellow apically; hind tibia yellow. Fore wing hyaline; venation pale brown. Petiole dark green; gaster dark brown.

Head: Head in frontal view broadly subtriangular; head width:head height 1.2; face reticulate; scrobal depression shallow, laterally rounded, with transverse striae and finely reticulate sculpture; dorsal scrobal depressions absent; longitudinal groove between eye and torulus absent; eyes bare, inter-ocular distance:eye height 1.6; malar space:eye height 0.8; supraclypeal area longer than broad, mostly smooth, weakly sculptured dorsolaterally; clypeus smooth. Flagellum length:head height 1.2–1.3; F2 2.2–2.3× as long as broad, 1.1–1.2× as long as F3; following funiculars subequal in width, successively shorter.

Mesosoma: Mesosoma length:height 1.2–1.3. Mesoscutal midlobe reticulate, with minute setae; lateral lobe reticulate medially, areolate-reticulate laterally. Axilla reticulate, dorsally rounded; mesoscutellar disc areolatereticulate; frenal line regularly foveate; frenum areolate-reticulate; axillular groove anteriorly narrow, broad and foveate posteriorly; axillula areolate-reticulate. Propodeum with irregular median carina; propodeal disc areolatereticulate; callus reticulate, with a few small setae. Mesepisternum areolate-reticulate to reticulate laterally, smooth ventrally, broadly rounded anterior to mid coxa. Upper mesepimeron smooth to weakly reticulate; lower mesepimeron smooth to weakly reticulate; transepimeral sulcus distinct. Metepisternum laterally reticulate. Hind coxa 1.8–1.9× as long as broad; hind femur 5.1–6.0× as long as broad. Fore wing 2.4–2.5× as long as broad, 2.3– 2.4× as long as mesothorax; stigma with 4 sensilla forming an L-shape. Hind wing costal cell with a broad bare area.

Metasoma: Petiole cylindrical, linear in profile, 2.4–2.9× as long as broad, 1.1× as long as hind coxa, areolatereticulate, anterior carina strong. Antecostal sulcus crossed by carinae; acrosternite posteriorly angulate. Male. Length 2.7 mm. Head width:head height 1.3; scape pale brown; flagellum length:head height 2.0, F2 2.5× as long as broad. Fore femur basally mostly brown, apically yellowish; fore tibia yellow; mid femur mostly dark brown basally, becoming yellow apically; mid tibia yellow; hind femur mostly brown, tips pale. Hind tibia mostly brown, tips pale. Petiole 7.2× as long as broad, petiole length:hind coxa length 2.4.
