Remarks. Platerodrilus grootaerti Kazantsev, 2009 from Thailand and Cambodia and P. holynskae Kazantsev, 2009 from Vietnam were referred to Zhelongia, as all the Platerodrilus larvae from Indochina available for the molecular analysis proved to belong in this subgenus ( Li et al., 2017).
