Monotypic, closely related to Hymenopus View in CoL and exhibiting accentuated sexual dimorphism. First instar nymphs mimic reduviid bugs, while remaining instars are masqueraders, resembling flowers. Arboricolous, often on inflorescences, restricted to forested habitats.
