Vanhornia quizhouensis ( He & Chu, 1990) ( Figs. 6A–F )

Sincivanhornia quizhouensis He & Chu, 1990: 102-103 . Holotype (not examined): female; type locality: Guizhou, Central China.

Vanhornia quizhouensis : Kozlov, 1998: 677 (transferred to Vanhornia ).

Diagnosis. Punctures between median ocellus and frontal transverse carina small, same size with ones on anterior half of head; frontal transverse carina present; apical margin of labrum convex. Scutoscutellar sulcus with five foveae; mesodiscrimen with about six strong foveae; transverse carina on dorsal part of propodeum complete; postero-lateral part of propodeum with smooth area. Vein Rs+M not connected to Cu. Syntergite with longitudinal ridges, reaching to a maximum of 0.4 length of syntergite, not touching first thyridium; antero-dorsal margin of syntergite almost straight.

Non-types. Laos: 1f, Xieng Khouang, Ban ban to Ban Tha, 11 km N from Muangkham, 19°41’N, 103°36’E, 2 V 2011, T. Mita (ELKU); 1f, Xieng Khouang District Nong Samche, 19°32’15.90”N, 103°54’53.00”E, 1577 m, 1 V 2015, T. Mita (ELKU).

Host. Unknown.

Distribution. Central China ( Timokhov & Belokobylskij 2020), Laos (new record), Thailand? ( Artmann-Graf 2016).

Remarks. The record from Thailand reported in Artmann-Graf (2016) is based on a personal communication with Dr Lubomír Masner (Canadian National Collection of Insects) and without any specimen data.
