Notes
Commonly known as "Prickly Redfish", the body surface of this sea cucumber is almost entirely covered in spike-like papillae. Large (up to 50 cm long in this survey) and heavy-bodied with a square body cross-section. Colouration bright orange to greenish in deeper waters, with pink, red and brown common in shallow water (Fig. 148 View Figure 148 ).
