Description. Crown and face yellowish white; anterior part of pronotum yellowish white, scutellum brown; forewing pale yellowish white, with chocolate-brown patch at middle of inner margin (Figs. 4, 9, 14, 19).
Pygofer lobe rounded, with several macrosetae at posterior margin, caudoventral margin with a doroposteriorly directed appendage( Fig. 68 View FIGURES 68 – 73 ). Subgenital plate with single median longitudinal row of macrosetae extending from near base to apex ( Fig. 69 View FIGURES 68 – 73 ). Style apical process elongate, curved laterally; lateral lobe not developed ( Fig. 73 View FIGURES 68 – 73 ). Connective Y-shaped, arms as long as stem ( Fig. 72 View FIGURES 68 – 73 ). Aedeagus expanded at base, shaft curved dorsad, with two pairs of slender appendages, preapical pair curved ventrolaterad and shorter apical pair extended laterad ( Figs. 70– 71 View FIGURES 68 – 73 ).
Measurements. Male body length 4.6 & 5.0mm, female body length 5.2 & 5.5mm (including wing).
