Diagnosis. Female ( Fig. 117 View FIGURES 117–124 ). Body length 9.7–10.3 mm, forewing length 6.8–7.4 mm. Mandible ( Fig. 118 View FIGURES 117–124 ) without distinct medial transverse groove and preapical denticle, atmost with obsolete intermittent impressed line; clypeus ( Fig. 118 View FIGURES 117–124 ) basally with dense punctures and apically smooth, apex medially somewhat emarginated; lower frons ( Fig. 118 View FIGURES 117–124 ) with dense punctures, upper frons with sparse punctures; vertex ( Fig. 120 View FIGURES 117–124 ) with sparse punctures; pronotal anterior carina absent; pronotum latero-ventrally ( Fig. 122 View FIGURES 117–124 ) with distinct groove in middle, area above groove smooth, area below groove with dense oblique striae; mesoscutum medially with dense punctures, sparser laterally, anterior medial groove separated from notaulus; metanotum ( Fig. 121 View FIGURES 117–124 ) with sparse punctures; tegula atmost slightly longer than middle width, posterior margin without transverse impressed line; second intercubital vein of forewing ( Fig. 117 View FIGURES 117–124 ) slightly sinuous; inner face of hind basitarsus ( Fig. 119 View FIGURES 117–124 ) medially with longitudinal groove; propodeal dorsal face ( Fig. 121 View FIGURES 117–124 ) with several sparse punctures, areola subrectangular, APWL=4.6: 3.8: 11.1, medial longitudinal carina reaching posterior 3/4 of areola; subposterior area of T1 ( Fig. 117 View FIGURES 117–124 ) close to apex and distinctly with one transverse row of punctures; S1 ( Fig. 123 View FIGURES 117–124 ) anteriorly with coarse punctures and posterolaterally with groove; anterior half of pygidium ( Fig. 124 View FIGURES 117–124 ) with dense punctures, and posterior half smooth.
