Diagnosis.
Males of Qiongthela can be distinguished from those of all other six Heptathelinae genera by the blade-like conductor narrowing towards the apex (Figs 3A-C, E View Figure 3 , 5A-E View Figure 5 , 7A-E View Figure 7 ), and by the tegulum with two obvious apophyses (Figs 3A-E View Figure 3 , 5A-E View Figure 5 , 7A-E View Figure 7 ). Females of Qiongthela differ from those of all other six Heptathelinae genera by the two pairs of the receptacular clusters with numerous granula (Figs 3H-K View Figure 3 , 5H-K View Figure 5 , 7H-M View Figure 7 ) ( Xu et al. 2017; Yu et al. 2020).
