Ecology and habitat in Iran: soil and leaf litter under Oak trees.
Remarks: Cox (1982), Falahati et al. (2013a) and Daghighi et al. (2013a) mentioned this species as Tullbergia affinis but in the last generic combination it is considered as Metaphorura affinis .
General distribution: Palaearctic ( Dunger & Schlitt 2011).
