88. FORMICA TENUIPES View in CoL   LSID . B.M.

Female. Length 4 lines. - Rufo-castaneous, smooth and shining; mandibles stout, armed with five strong black teeth; antennae pale rufo-testaceous. Thorax ovate, smooth and shining; wings hyaline, the nervures pale testaceous; scale quadrate, emarginate above; the legs pale rufo-testaceous; the femora much compressed. Abdomen ovate, smooth and shining.
