Diagnosis. Hind coxae entirely punctate rugose. Fore wing with 2Rs more than twice shorter than r. Metapleuron with a deep anterior pit. Propodeal areola strong, centrally smooth, apically pointed and basally petiolate to base of propodeum by two sub-median irregular carinas. Propodeum with usually distinct apico-lateral apophyses. Tergum 2 strongly sculptured. Hind tibia most often strikingly bicolor, yellow with apical half usually black.
