( Fig. 15 View FIGURE 15 c–d)
Apanteles antsirabensis Granger, 1949: 246 .
Diagnosis. Propodeum deeply and densely punctate, without any carination. Hind coxa black.
Description. cf. Granger, 1949: 246 for details.
Material examined. HOLOTYPE Ƥ (MNHN) Verbatim label data: Madagascar Antsirabé, II.38, A. Seyrig. Other material ( Reunion) 2Ƥ Ste Rose / Plateau des Basaltes, alt. 2400m, VI.2011, leg. T. Ramage; 1Ƥ 13 Ste Suzanne / Forêt Dugain, alt. 820m, II.2011, leg. Cirad.
Distribution records. Madagascar. Reunion (new record).
Comments. The shape of the tergum 1 of the holotype of A. antsirabensis Granger (Fig. d) justifies its placement in the genus Glyptapanteles . The two individuals collected at high altitude (2400m) are distinctly darker than Granger’s type.
