( Fig. 17 View FIGURE 17 c–d)
Diagnosis. Ventral margin of clypeus concave. Pronotum partially punctate with lower furrow. Scutellum densely and deeply punctate. Propodeum with a mid-longitudinal carina and an incomplete areola. Hind coxa entirely punctate. Tergum 2 with two sub-median wide and foveolate grooves delimiting a median rectangular area.
Color. Head and mesosoma black but palpi, mandible and clypeus pale yellow, clypeus yellowish orange, and antenna brownish. Legs yellowish orange but hind tarsi and apex of hind tibia infuscate. Terga 1–2 testaceous brown to black, tergum 2 laterally yellowish orange. Latero-tergites 1–2 pale yellow. Remainder of metasoma yellowish-orange to dark brown, extreme apex dark. Wings hyaline with venation light brown.
Description.
FEMALE (3 specimens). B: 2.8; A: 3.3; L: 3.2 (2.7–3.2).
Head. Entirely moderately setose. Clypeus dorsally weakly separated from face, ventral margin concave. Clypeus and face densely and shallowly punctate. H i: 0.8 EH i: 0.6; C i: 3.8; Fl 1i: 2.4; Fl 2i: 2.6; FL1– 2 i: 1.0; Fl 15i: 1.8; Fl 16i: 1.7; OO i: 1.7; IO i: 1.3.
Mesosoma . Pronotum densely punctate on postero-dorsal corner, upper furrow very thin, lower furrow very wide and crenulate. Anterior third of mesopleuron densely punctate, polished posteriorly, sternaulus moderately deep. Metapleuron polished with some punctures posteriorly, anterior pit deep. Entire mesonotum densely and deeply punctate with no trace of notauli. Scuto-scutellar suture thin, crenulate. MSC i: 0.7. Propodeum coarsely rugose with a strong mid-longitudinal carina on basal half, and an incomplete areola on apical half, the areola apically truncate and not defined basally to the usually strong costulae. Fore wing. R1/Pl i: 1.2; r/Pw i: 1.1; r/2Rs i: 1.3. Hind wing. Vannal lobe regularly rounded, hind margin with long hairs on basal third, the pilosity shorter apically. Legs. Hind coxa entirely finely and densely punctate. Cx/T 1i: 1.6; F i: 3.9.
Metasoma. Tergum 1 slightly narrowed basally, surface straite, moderately bulging mid-longitudinally. Tergum 2 trapezoidal, apical margin slightly concave, surface laterally smooth with two wide sub-median foveolate grooves delimiting a rectangular and aciculate median area. Hypopygium slightly protruding beyond metasomal apex, evenly sclerotised. Ovipositor very short, sheath almost entirely concealed within hypopygium. T1a i: 1.5; T1b i: 1.9; T1/T 2i: 1.7; T2a i: 0.4; T2b i: 0.9; T2/T 3i: 1.4; OT i: << 0.1.
