( Fig. 18 View FIGURE 18 a–b)
Diagnosis. Mesoscutum regularly punctate. Propodeal areola complete, pentagonal and elongate (more than twice longer than wide). Tergum 1 narrowed toward apex. Tegum 2 small and trapezoidal, apically widened. Ovipositor short and thick but not abruptly narrowed at mid-length.
Color. Head and mesosoma black, palpi pale yellow, mandible yellowish orange, antenna brownish testaceous. Legs pale yellow to yellow, hind tibia and femur apically infuscate, hind tarsi infuscate. Terga 1 and 2 black, the following testaceous. Laterotergites 1–2 whitish. Wings hyaline, venation light brown.
Description.
FEMALE (2 specimens). B: 1.9; A: 2.1; L: 2.1 (2.0–2.1).
Head. Entirely densely setose. Clypeus weakly separated from face dorsally, its ventral margin barely concave, labrum largely exposed. Face and clypeus densely, finely and shallowly punctate. Eyes distinctly convergent ventrally. H i: 0.8; EH i: 0.7; C i: 2.3; Fl 1i: 2.8; Fl 2i: 2.8; FL1– 2 i: 1.0; Fl 15i: 2.0; Fl 16i: 2.3; OO i: 1.2; IO i: 1.0.
Mesosoma . Densely setose on punctate area. Pronotum smooth, upper and lower furrows moderately deep, crenulate. Mesopleuron smooth but densely punctate along the anterior margin, sternaulus deep, short and smooth. Mesoscutum entirely densely but shallowly punctate. Scuto-scutellar groove deep and crenulate. Scutellum moderately and very shallowly punctate. MSC i: 0.7. Propodeum rugose, smooth within the areola. Areola complete, pentagonal, more than twice longer than wide, connected to base of propodeum by a midlongitudinal carina, costulae complete. Fore wing. R1/Pl i: 1.3; r/Pw i: 0.8; r/2Rs i: 0.7. Hind wing. Vannal lobe margin regularly curved and setose all along. Legs. Hind coxa sparsely and very finely punctate. Cx/T 1i: 1.3; F i: 3.9.
Metasoma. Tergum 1 rugose reticulate, long and strongly narrowed toward apex, its lateral margins subparallel from base to mid-length then regularly convergent. Tergum 2 shallowly striate, short, trapezoidal, strongly widened at apex. Hypopygium without median desclerotisation. Ovipositor short, barely decurved, sheath setose on its apical half. T1a i: 3.5; T1b i: 1.5; T1/T 2i: 3.0; T2a i: 0.6; T2b i: 1.2; T2/T 3i: 0.7; OT i: 0.1.
MALE. (2 specimens). B: 2.1; A: 3.1; L: 2.6 (2.0–2.6). Antenna longer and slightly more slender, otherwise similar to female.
