Material examined. MALAYSIA: Selangor, two 4th instar larvae (of a total of 33) bred from eggs collected from a gravid female by Rasainthiran Menayah; used for SEM.
Diagnosis. Without laterally explanate tergal margins and laterotergites usually visible at sides of body when viewed from above (Figs 55–60, 89–90).
Remarks. Redescribed by Ballantyne and Menayah (2002) from specimens bred by Menayah.
