PODALIRIUS LINNAEUS OF CRAMER, 1777

Pap[ilio] Eq[ues] Achiv[us] podalirius, Cramer, 1777: 88 , 150, pl. 152, fig. B [original plate 117, fig. B]. ‘Smyrne & se trouve au Cabinet de Madame J.J.Chatelain, née Smith; & au Cabinet de Mr C. van Lennep se trouvant encore deux de Suriname’ [Smyrna [= Turkey] and found in the cabinet of Mrs. J. J. Chatelain, née Smith; and in the cabinet of Mr. C. van Lennep are found another two from Surinam]. The latter were either misidentified or mislabelled.

Material examined. No potential Cramer specimens located.
