NOTES: In the description of this species G. Lister (1917: 122) mentions various specimens “On fallen sticks, Wanstead Park, Essex, and Skene and Hazelhead Wood near Aberdeen. C. fimbriata was first obtained in Wanstead Park, in November, 1913, by Mr. Raymond Finlayson. ”. In BM sample BM 3223 , is this material, and we designate it here as the lectotype. There is another fragment from a different locality in the same box (B), which could be a syntype. In notebook XXXIV: 105–106, the Finlayson material ( BM 3223 ) is illustrated with comments and part of the illustration is reproduced in the publication of the species, thus confirming the identity of this material .
