Distribution in China. Gansu ( Liu 2010), Taiwan ( Liu et al. 2006).
Other distribution. India, Myanmar, Nepal, Thailand, Vietnam ( Liu & Beaver 2018).
Host plants. Numerous species are recorded by Beeson & Bhatia (1937), and the species is clearly polyphagous. It breeds in dry branches and small stems.
