Diagnosis. Aedeagal shaft with pair of triangular lobe-like projections apically and pair of small finger-like processes almost at midlength. Distal part dorsal connective with margins serrated.

Description

Measurement. Male 3.2–3.3 mm.

Coloration. Crown, face and pronotum yellowish brown, with punctations dark brown ( Figs. 1A, C, D View FIGURE 1 ). Eyes grey. Scutellum reddish brown. Forewings with distal part dark brown, venation dark brown with white spots ( Fig. 1B View FIGURE 1 )

Male genitalia. Pygofer dorsal margin incised, caudal margin declivous caudoventrally, tapered to point, ventral margin with some setae. Subgenital plate slender with many setae, several especially long at the end ( Fig. 2A View FIGURE 2 ). Aedeagal shaft with pair of triangular sharp projections apically and pair of small finger-like processes almost at midlength ( Figs. 2B, C View FIGURE 2 ). Connective broadened basally, finger-like protrusion in middle near apex, both sides bent to inside ( Fig. 2D View FIGURE 2 ). Dorsal connective with broad base, a ventral curved and a median caudally-directed processes, the latter with a minutely serrated margin and produced into two obvious bendings ( Fig. 2E View FIGURE 2 ). Style parallel-margined and angled on apical third, apex obliquely truncate, producing a narrow truncate process on dorsal margin ( Figs. 2F, G View FIGURE 2 ).
