Type species: Phacusa sizala Swinhoe, 1894 .
Diagnosis
Wings transparent ( Fig. 1), with dark brown veins and apices. M 1 absent in hindwing. Foretibia with long epiphysis, tibia of midleg with two apical spurs, tibia of hindleg with one medial and two apical spurs.
Genitalia female ( Fig. 3 View Figures 3-4 ). Ductus bursae strongly dilated, forming a triangular praebursa, with sclerotized spines inside and a longitudinal double row of tooth-like sclerotizations. Ductus seminalis inserts into ductus intrabursalis in its middle part (and not at the corpus bursae), ductus intrabursalis long, corpus bursae very small, without signa.
The new genus includes one species with a south Asian distribution ( India, Khasi Hills).
